Lee Byung Hun��s G.I.Joe 2 will be released on March 28 as a 3D movie

On February 18, CJ E&M, the distribution company of the film reported, “G.I.Joe 2 will be released on March 28 as a 3D movie.”

G.I.Joe 2 was supposed to be released in summer last year, but the production team suddenly changed their plan to make it as a 3D movie and postponed the release.

G.I.Joe 2 tells a story about some survived agents from the original movie trying to rescue the world from Zartan’s conspiracy. Lee’s role in the film has become bigger, and Bruce Willis and Dwayne Johnson newly joined the sequel.

Paramount, the production company of the film, released part of the film in a 3D version in Hong Kong at the end of last year.

As G.I.Joe 2 will be released in March, such Hollywood films as Iron Man 3 will compete in April.
