Kara members discuss the renewal of their contract with their agency

According to a July 16 report to Star News, Kara��s agency, DSP Media, is discussing its next move with the members of Kara, but nothing definite has been settled on yet. They are considering every possibility, including simply renewing the contract as well as the transfering to another agency.

The contracts of all members except Kang Ji Young expire in January 2014. Kang��s ends in April 2014. Neither the agency nor the group members have confirmed anything about it, because there are still six months left on the current contract.

An agency official says, ��It��s a little bit early for us to talk about the renewal of the contract. The members may talk about the matter, but this is too sensitive a subject for us to make any official announcement about how the contract will be handled. For now, we��ll concentrate on their arena tour, which will be held in October.��

Kara will start their Japanese arena tour on October 8 and will perform twice in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka.
