According to an announcement by their agency, SM Entertainment, Super Junior reached the top of Japan’s Oricon Daily Album Chart with their first Japanese studio album, which was released on July 24.

All the songs on the album were recorded in Japanese. The group included several hit songs that have been released on EPs, including Sexy, Free & Single and Mr. Simple along with some new songs.

To commemorate the release of the new album, they made a Super Junior Road at Marunouchisen, near Shinjuku Station in Tokyo. The “road” is decorated with large banners depicting the members and the group name and album title, Super Junior Hero.

The stars will perform at Tokyo Dome on July 27 and 28 in a concert titled Super Junior World Tour Super Show 5 in Tokyo.
