2NE1 will hold a hologram concert in UK

2NE1, newly appointed as honorary ambassadors for the Korean Brand and Entertainment Expo 2013 (KBEE), announced that they will hold a 3D hologram concert for three days in November as part of the expo. This will be the first time ever that a singer or group of singers has held such a hologram concert for three days running. The ceremony of appointment as honorary ambassadors took place in the International Conference Room of KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) headquarters. 2NE1′s Sandara Park says, ��A hologram concert was done by PSY at an amusement park. When we saw it, it was like he was actually there performing. We feel greatly honored that we are given this opportunity in London.�� Holography is a technique for making three-dimensional images.

KBEE2013 will be held in London’s Old Billingsgate from November 4 to 6.
