[Tazza 2: The High Rollers] to Advance to Japan, Hong Kong

Director “Kang Hyeong-Chul”‘s gambling movie [Tazza 2: The High Rollers] (Tazza 2) will be released in Japan and Hong Kong.


 


According to “Lotte Entertainment” on September 25th, the movie will be released on October 2nd in Hong Kong and on January 23rd in Hong Kong in next year respectively. The movie is the sequel to [Tazza: The Hidden Card], which tells a story of a talented gambler “Dae-Gil” coming across various events in Seoul.


 


After its release on September 3rd, [Tazza 2] drew more than 3 million viewers in 12 days. The movie was released in advance in six nations including the United States, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Vietnam.


 


Director Kang and boy group “Big Bang”‘s member “Choi Seung-Hyun”, who plays the leading role in the movie, will visit Hong Kong on September 27th and meet the local fans. [Tazza 2] is expected to be released in more overseas markets as countries such as Thailand and Singapore are interested in inviting the movie to their film markets.
