Girl group Sistar officially disband after their 7 years of promotions. 

A staff from Sistar's agent, Star Entertainment, announced Sistar's officials disbandment. "Sistar will disband after the album that will be released on 31st." 

This staff stated, "We have discussed for a long time, and we respect each one of out members' choice. There are ways that each member wanted to follow, and we decided to disband to respect our members' decision and for their improvement". 

This staff also added, "A single, which will be released in coming 31st, will be the last album. The contract with members of Sistar will be expired on this coming June, and we are still discussing about recontract with each member". 

Sistar, composed of 4 members, Hyolyn, Bora, Soyou, and Dasom, catched tremendous popularity after their debut in 2010 because of their outstanding singing ability and stunning performance.
