ONE is going to debut as a solo singer, and he considered G-DRAGON, a member of Bigbang, as a role model.
ONE is going to release his debut album 'ONE DAY' which has double title songs 'Gettin' by' and 'Heyahe' through various music sites at 6 p.m. on July 11. ONE participated in the title song's writing and composition. 'Gettin' by' is a hip hop which express feeling of love become faint. And, 'Heyahe' is a song which mixed with sophisticated beat and sorrowful cord.
In 2015, ONE made his debut as a member of duo '1PUNCH', and this is the first time for solo. ONE tried to improve writing and composing skills for last two years and attracted attention of people as attending Mnet 'Show Me The Money 5' and 'Show Me The Money 6'.
It is the first time for YG to make a male solo singer since SE7EN in 2003. One of the biggest agency in Korea, YG, has a single singer like PSY, but he moved on YG after he debuted. However, ONE is directly made a debut through YG. Also, he is the first singer who release album on the second half.
ONE released his music vedio 'Gettin' by' and 'Heyahe'.
ONE got a question about his role model, and he responded "G-DRAGON inspired me a lot". And, he added "Also creative people in abroad are my role model"
