Group KARA's special album title song 'WHEN I MOVE' was selected as the best K-pop song of the year by the US Billboard.
According to 'The 25 Best K-Pop Songs of 2022: Staff Picks' announced on the Billboard official website on the 20th (local time), Kara's new song 'WHEN I MOVE' ranked 19th out of 25 songs.
Kara, who returned as a full group after 7 years and 6 months, swept domestic and foreign charts at the same time as their comeback. All songs from the special album 'MOVE AGAIN' entered major domestic music sites, and the title song 'WHEN I MOVE' stayed at the top of the Bugs daily chart for 6 days. The song, which was on the rise, ranked first on the Bugs weekly chart (counting period from December 5 to 11) and ranked 12th on the Melon Top 100 chart.
Notable achievements were also made in Japan. 'WHEN I MOVE' was ranked at the top of Japan's iTunes K-pop song chart, as well as album and music video charts.
