YG's next-generation girl group BABYMONSTER has been receiving explosive responses from global music fans every day.

According to YG Entertainment on the 24th, 'BABYMONSTER (#3) - CHIQUITA (Live Performance)' recorded 4.24 million views on YouTube within 24 hours after it was released at midnight the previous day, making it the 'most viewed video in 24 hours' worldwide. 

Chiquita is YG's Thai artist following BLACKPINK's Lisa, and is the youngest of the prospective members revealed so far. She has already captured the hearts of viewers with the lovely visuals, soulful tone, and expressive power that was unbelievable for a 13-year-old.


Not only the Chiquita video, but all of Baby Monster's content on YouTube are receiving attention. Even before their official debut, they had 630,000 subscribers and a total cumulative number of views well over 70 million. It has a special meaning because it was achieved with a video composed of not even mono tones, excluding special effects so that only one could focus on one's skills.

Baby Monster is a multinational rookie girl group released by YG about 7 years after BLACKPINK, and is mostly composed of teenagers.
