BLACKPINK participates in a charity concert in France, showing a good influence.

Girl group BLACKPINK displayed a good influence by decorating a special finale stage at a charity event in France.

According to YG Entertainment on the 29th, BLACKPINK attended the French Hospital Foundation Gala Concert held at ‘Le Zenith Arena’ in Paris, France on the 25th (local time).

It is an event hosted by a charity organization headed by Brigitte Macron, the first lady of France, as the chairman of the board. Every year, it continues various fundraising events and volunteer activities with the goal of 'improving hospitalization conditions for sick children'.

Blackpink became the first K-pop artist to be invited to a concert.

Following famous pop stars such as Pharrell Williams and Mika, they took the stage in the last order and performed the title song 'Shut Down' and the pre-release song 'Pink Venom' from their 2nd regular album.

Orchestral melodies were added to Blackpink's performance. World-renowned cellist Gautier Capucon contributed to the accompaniment of 'Pink Venom', and violinist Daniel Lozakovich, who is called 'classic royal', reproduced the sharp violin performance of Paganini's 'La Campanella', the original sampling of 'Shut Down'.
