BTS’s Jin successfully concluded his Japan tour amidst roaring crowds and enthusiastic fans. On August 12th and 13th, Jin performed at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan, filling every seat – including obstructed view sections – with cheering fans. He delivered a perfect live performance, bringing his Japan tour to a successful close.
Having begun his first solo concert and first solo world tour (#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR) on June 28th, Jin captivated audiences with enthusiastic responses in Seoul, Korea, and then in Chiba and Osaka, Japan, performing for two days in each city.
Living up to his reputation as both a “Visual King” and a “Live King,” Jin delivered a fantastic live performance throughout, running around the vast dome to connect with fans in every corner. He showcased his powerful and stable vocals without pause, captivating the audience. His piano skills, clearly honed through dedicated practice, and his accompanying acoustic live performance with his melodic voice, drew admiration from all who witnessed it.
Following the previous day, Japanese sports newspapers including Sports Nippon, Daily Sports, Nikkan Sports, Sports Hochi, and Sankei Sports all featured Jin on their front pages, demonstrating his immense popularity and influence. Long lines formed as fans rushed to purchase the newspapers, and convenience stores selling Jin’s papers posted “sold out” notices. Jin’s merchandise also quickly sold out, and products he endorses, such as Jin Ramen and EyeGin, were also in high demand and quickly depleted from shelves.
