BTS Jin Tops Idolpick’s “Best Male Idol” for the 1st Week of July – No.1 for 8 Consecutive Weeks

BTS’s Jin has once again showcased his overwhelming popularity by ranking No.1 on Idolpick’s weekly vote for eight consecutive weeks.

In the 1st week of July (July 7–13), Jin secured 55,128 picks in the “Individual Male Idol” category, earning the title of Best Male Idol. Since the 3rd week of May, Jin has maintained his No.1 position in this category for eight straight weeks, proving the powerful support of his fanbase and his unrivaled presence.

Idolpick selects the top five idols (or teams) with the most picks from the past two weeks of voting and rewards them with massive digital billboard support.

As a result of votes tallied over the past two weeks, Jin was chosen as the recipient of the 157th billboard reward, and the advertisement will be displayed from July 17 to July 19 for three days on a giant screen across from Lotte Avenuel in Jung-gu, Seoul.

Meanwhile, Jin is currently holding his first solo fan concert tour, titled “RUN SEOKJIN_EP.TOUR”, meeting fans across the globe. After successful shows in Goyang, Korea, and Chiba and Osaka, Japan, Jin will kick off the North American leg of his tour at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, on July 18–19.

The tour will continue to Dallas, Tampa, Newark, and then head to London, UK, and Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Notably, the first day of the Amsterdam concert on August 10 (KST) will be available via live viewing—a service that allows fans to watch concerts or sports events in real-time at designated theaters. The broadcast time may vary by region.

The event will be simulcast in cinemas across more than 80 countries and regions worldwide. In Asia, including Korea, the screening will be delayed due to time zone differences. In Korea, the live viewing will be held in major multiplex chains including CGV, Lotte Cinema, and Megabox.

Tickets for regions outside Korea will open at midnight KST on July 24, and for Korea, at 6 PM on the same day.
