Youngseo, a member of the co-ed group ALLDAY Project, is gaining attention for her educational background.

Recently, photos of Youngseo during her time at an international school were shared on online communities. The pictures show her wearing the uniform of Branksome Hall Asia, an international school located in Jeju Island, Korea. Even back then, Youngseo’s large, expressive eyes and striking features caught the eye, looking much like she does today.

Branksome Hall Asia is located in the Jeju Global Education City and follows a Canadian curriculum. Opened in 2012, it is the only sister school of Canada’s prestigious Branksome Hall, which has a 120-year history. Annual tuition at the school starts from 30 to 40 million KRW (approximately $23,000–$31,000 USD), and with dormitory fees included, the cost exceeds 60 million KRW (over $46,000 USD) per year. Factoring in activity fees and other expenses, the total yearly cost can reach up to 100 million KRW (around $77,000 USD). As such, Branksome Hall Asia is known to be attended predominantly by children from Korea’s wealthiest and most elite families.

Youngseo also attended Kyunggi Elementary School in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul — a prestigious private school. Alumni include Samsung Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Shinsegae President Chung Yoo-kyung.

Meanwhile, Youngseo recently debuted as part of the five-member co-ed group ALLDAY Project, produced by The Black Label’s Teddy. The group is currently promoting their debut track “FAMOUS.”
