BTS member Jimin has set a historic milestone on the world’s largest music platform, Spotify, becoming the first and only K-pop solo artist to achieve this feat.

On his Spotify profile, Jimin reached 6 billion streams with 22 pure solo tracks (excluding collaborations), making him the first and only K-pop soloist to do so. Including collaborations, his profile features 34 tracks with a total of 7.379 billion streams. Remarkably, over 80% of that figure—6 billion streams—comes from his solo songs alone, underscoring his unrivaled streaming power. Leading the record is “Who,” the title track of Jimin’s second album MUSE. The song, which spent 33 weeks on Billboard’s main singles chart, the Hot 100, has accumulated 1.984 billion streams on Spotify and is on the verge of hitting the 2 billion mark.

His record-breaking Hot 100 No. 1 single “Like Crazy,” the first ever by a K-pop soloist, has surpassed 1.39 billion streams on Spotify, continuing to show immense popularity. Meanwhile, Jimin also holds another unprecedented achievement: he is the first K-pop soloist in Spotify history to have two albums surpass 2.6 billion streams each—his second album MUSE, which achieved 3.3 billion streams in record time for a Korean-language album, and his debut solo album FACE, which has recorded over 2.6 billion streams.
