Shownu of MONSTA X lends his voice to the soundtrack of the popular TVING original series Transit Love 4 (환승연애4).
According to his agency Starship Entertainment, Shownu’s song “As You Wish”, which serves as Part 3 of the show’s OST, will be released on October 22 at 6 p.m. (KST) across major music platforms.
“As You Wish” expresses the subtle tension and excitement of a night when one longs to know another person’s true feelings but finds it difficult to do so. The track is a sophisticated pop number combining a driving beat with electronic textures and acoustic warmth, while Shownu’s smooth, soulful vocals heighten the emotional depth and lyrical sensitivity of the song.
Known for his polished vocals and outstanding performance skills, Shownu has long stood out among K-pop fans. Recently, he showcased his versatility through MONSTA X’s latest group release “N the Front” and his appearance on the web variety show Limousine Service, where he demonstrated his broad musical spectrum as a vocalist. His cover of “Bad Dreams” on the show even earned a shoutout from original artist Teddy Swims, drawing attention from global fans.
Currently, Shownu is also serving as a fixed MC on the web variety show “No Forgi”, entertaining audiences with his sharp wit and comedic charm. With his diverse activities proving him to be a true all-around artist, anticipation is high for Shownu to once again showcase his vocal prowess through “As You Wish.”
