BTS’s Jimin’s “MUSE” Becomes the Fastest Korean-Language Album to Surpass 3.5 Billion Streams on Spotify
During his military service, Jimin’s title track “Who” from “MUSE” achieved an impressive 33-week run on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart and currently leads the album’s streaming numbers with over 2.097 billion streams on Spotify.
In addition, “Closer Than This” has surpassed 305 million, “Be Mine” 324 million, and “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band” 247 million streams — meaning four of the seven tracks from “MUSE” have each exceeded 200 million streams. The remaining tracks — “Slow Dance” (123 million), “Rebirth” (117 million), and “Interlude: Showtime” (106 million) — have all recorded over 100 million streams, marking a rare achievement where every track on the album surpassed 100 million streams.
Meanwhile, Jimin’s “Who” ranked No. 146 on the Billboard Global 200 chart dated November 1, extending its record as the longest-charting K-pop solo song on that chart to 66 weeks. On Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. chart, it placed No. 108, further cementing Jimin’s status as the first and only Asian solo artist to have multiple songs (“Like Crazy” and “Who”) chart for over 66 weeks on the Global Excl. U.S. chart.
