Boy group AHOF (Stephen, Seo Jeong-woo, Cha Woong-gi, Jang Shu-ai-bo, Park Han, JL, Park Joo-won, Zuen, Daisuke) is returning with a deep and compelling “rough youth” concept.
At midnight on the 31st, AHOF released the music video teaser for the title track “Pinocchio Hates Lies” from their second mini-album The Passage on their official social media channels. Though only about 22 seconds long, the teaser hints at an extraordinary storyline. In the video, each member is shown with restrained expressions, seemingly confronting anxiety and confusion in distinct, almost surreal spaces.
The teaser repeatedly depicts scenes of members falling endlessly, heightening the tension. Stephen, Park Han, and Daisuke appear to fall from the sky, while JL and Park Joo-won plunge into fractured spaces. The repeated falling across different realms sparks curiosity about the underlying meaning of these scenes.
The teaser concludes by focusing on the sky alongside a line from the title track, “Was I actually scared?”, with a lyrical melody flowing over the unpredictable narrative, leaving a lingering emotional impact.
