ZEROBASEONE’s “Doctor! Doctor!” Sees Resurgence from Spotify to Japan’s Oricon Charts
ZEROBASEONE continues to make a mark on the global music scene with their track “Doctor! Doctor!”
The song, a pre-release from their fifth mini-album BLUE PARADISE in January, recently topped Japan’s Oricon Weekly Streaming Rising Chart (dated November 3) with a growth rate of 109.3%, nine months after its release, demonstrating sustained popularity. “Doctor! Doctor!” has surpassed 50 million cumulative streams across various music platforms, and on Spotify, the track has received widespread attention from global listeners. Notably, over 40% of first-week streams came from the U.S., highlighting the expansion of ZEROBASEONE’s international listener base into North America.
The song’s production team has also drawn renewed attention. Contributors include Noémie Legrand, known for original compositions for Paris Disneyland night shows, as well as Matthew Robert Crawford, Aaron Theodore Berton, and Kella Armitage. These collaborators have worked on multiple K-pop projects that charted high on the Billboard 200, bringing a polished and globally appealing sound to ZEROBASEONE’s music.
“Doctor! Doctor!” conveys a message of healing through love, emphasizing that “love ultimately has the power to heal all suffering,” resonating consistently with listeners worldwide. The song also earned ZEROBASEONE a nomination for “Best Vocal Performance Group” at the 2025 MAMA Awards, recognizing both musical quality and popularity.
Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE successfully concluded their 2025 WORLD TOUR “HERE&NOW” in Japan at Saitama Super Arena (Stadium Mode) on October 29 and 30. Across the two days, the group drew a total of 54,000 attendees, reaffirming their global ticket-selling power and overwhelming stage presence.
