Singer Lim Young-woong continues his remarkable popularity, achieving a total of 12.7 billion cumulative streams on the major Korean music platform Melon.
As of November 2, Lim Young-woong’s cumulative streams on Melon reached 12,703,460,000. In January 2023, he was inducted into Melon’s Hall of Fame as a “Gold Club” artist for surpassing 5 billion to 10 billion cumulative streams.
Later, on June 18, 2024, Lim Young-woong exceeded 10 billion streams, earning a place in Melon’s prestigious “Diamond Club.” By joining this elite tier, he stood shoulder to shoulder with global top act BTS, holding the record as the No.1 solo artist in cumulative streams.
Meanwhile, Lim Young-woong recently kicked off his “IM HERO” nationwide tour with a concert in Incheon and will continue with performances in Daegu from November 7 to 9.
