Kim Myeong-soo, Kang Min-ah, and Cha Min-ji rush to a hospital in the middle of the night.

In the sixth episode of the Saturday-Sunday drama 'Empathy Cells' (script by Jung Yeon, directed by Kim Chil-bong), airing on the 19th, a confrontation unfolds between Cha Eun-hwan (played by Kim Myeong-soo), Yu Ji-an (played by Kang Min-ah), and Cha Song-hwan (played by Cha Min-ji).

In stills released ahead of the broadcast, Cha Song-hwan (Cha Min-ji) is shown gazing at Yu Ji-an (Kang Min-ah) with a piercing look, while Cha Eun-hwan (Kim Myeong-soo) watches anxiously.

In the middle of the night, after an accident occurred at home, Cha Song-hwan visits the hospital, deeply worried that her daughter Ha-yul (played by Go Ju-ni) might come to harm. While waiting for her younger sibling with aching anticipation, Cha Song-hwan's expression turns cold as soon as Cha Eun-hwan appears with Yu Ji-an, and she immediately unleashes harsh words on her that are painful just to hear.

Caught off guard by the unexpected remark laced with resentment, Yu Ji-an cannot bring herself to speak, while Cha Eun-hwan quickly tries to stop her older sister.

Yu Ji-an takes a step closer to the past incident. Determined to confront Cha Song-hwan's unexplained hostility head-on, she visits the siblings' home and discovers a familiar face in their family photo, plunging her into confusion. At that moment, Cha Eun-hwan appears and hurriedly tries to hide the photo. It remains to be seen whether Yu Ji-an will recall Cha Eun-hwan's father, who once saved her life during her childhood acting days.
