Ji Sung and Park Byung-eun are set to deliver extreme suspense as they exchange sharp glances at each other.

In the upcoming seventh episode of JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama "Apartment" (script by Kim Yoon-young, directed by Cho Yong-won, produced by SLL and Red Nine Pictures Co., Ltd.), which will air on August 1 (Saturday), Park Hae-kang and Lee Chung-won are shown engaging in a chilling "blade-like smile exploration match" within the dimly lit room of the residents' association president.

According to the production team, this scene depicts a situation where Park Hae-kang (played by Ji Sung) secretly requests a private meeting with Lee Chung-won (played by Park Byung-eun). Park Hae-kang, wearing a confident smile, makes a bold proposal toward Lee Chung-won, while Lee Chung-won responds with an enigmatic gaze that seems to pierce through Park's true intentions. The production team stated that the two actors lock eyes without yielding even an inch, creating an intense and breathless tension.

With both individuals harboring different motives regarding the long-term maintenance fund, viewers are keenly interested in whether they will ultimately join forces, what the true purpose hidden behind their face-to-face meeting in a confined space is, and how this dangerous exploration match will unfold.

A source stated, "On the actual filming set, Ji Sung and Park Byung-eun demonstrated their prowess as 'masters of acting.' As soon as rehearsals began, both actors instantly immersed themselves in their respective characters, exchanging subtle smiles and cold glances that seemed to probe each other's inner thoughts, showcasing perfect chemistry." The source added, "Unlike the breathless tension portrayed on screen, once the cameras stopped rolling, they would warmly look out for one another with bright smiles, boosting the morale of the crew with a heartwarming twist in their off-screen charm."

The production team remarked, "Whether Lee Chung-won accepts Park Hae-kang's radical proposal to become his right-hand man is the most compelling viewing point of this seventh episode. We invite viewers to experience the nail-biting tension that will be delivered by the fierce mental battle between Park Hae-kang, who has infiltrated the enemy's heartland, and Lee Chung-won, who remains on high alert."
