In 'Liar,' Seo Hyun-jin has been pushed to the brink following a lie detector test, and her appearance entering the sea alone has sparked curiosity.

On the 7th, the production team of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Liar' (screenplay by Baek Jae-young, directed by Jo Young-min) released behind-the-scenes stills ahead of the broadcast of Episode 4, offering a glimpse into Kang Ji-sun's (played by Seo Hyun-jin) major decision and change in behavior.

The ending of the previous Episode 3 created surprise by revealing another side of Min Jun-ho (played by Yoo Yeon-seok), who had consistently claimed his innocence. It was a powerful ending that planted new doubts among viewers who had believed Min Jun-ho based on the lie detector test results, and caused unsettling confusion among those who had suspected Kang Ji-sun.

In the released photos, Kang Ji-sun is seen arriving at an airport with a meaningful expression. Her comfortable attire for activity and the backpack casually slung over her shoulder suggest that she is heading not to the 'school' where she teaches children, but to another special place. It stirs curiosity as to where exactly Kang Ji-sun, who has been driven to the brink after receiving a "you lied" result on the lie detector test, is headed.

The third photo evokes both curiosity and anxiety. Kang Ji-sun is seen walking steadily into the sea alone. Attention turns to the broadcast of Episode 4 of 'Liar' to see what choice Kang Ji-sun will make.

Regarding this, the production team of 'Liar' stated, "In Episode 4, airing today, Kang Ji-sun makes a very big decision. This will have a significant impact on Kang Ji-sun's subsequent actions and the truth battle with Min Jun-ho over the incident on 'that night.'" They added, "Actor Seo Hyun-jin captured Kang Ji-sun's complex and wide-ranging psychological changes with detailed and profound acting. You will be able to see why Seo Hyun-jin is recognized as an 'actor who evokes emotional empathy.' We ask for your interest and anticipation."

Meanwhile, Episode 4 of 'Liar' airs at 9:50 p.m. on the 7th.
