Actor Gong Min-jeong will appear on 'SNL Korea' once again.

According to a StarNews investigation on the 22nd, Gong Min-jeong participated in the recording of the 'SNL Korea Season 8' Jeong Su-jeong (Crystal) episode, which took place on the 21st on Coupang Play's variety show. The filmed content is scheduled to be released on the 23rd. This marks Gong Min-jeong's second appearance on 'SNL Korea Season 8', following the Han Ga-in episode on the 9th.

At that time, Gong Min-jeong captivated audiences with her role as a nursing team leader returning from maternity leave in the popular segment 'Smile Clinic'. She immediately set the tone for the staff and formed a tense conflict dynamic with Lee Su-ji, the second-in-command counselor of 'Smile Clinic', generating both interest and laughter.

In particular, the scene where Lee Ara, playing a nurse exhausted by life and fatigue, finally speaks her first line solely due to Gong Min-jeong's appearance delivered a fresh shock to viewers. The strange atmosphere between Lee Ara, whose motivation waned under Gong Min-jeong's presence; Kim Gyu-won, the coordination team leader who noticed this decline; and Jung Chang-hwan, a rookie nurse struggling to grasp the situation, further enhanced the drama's entertainment value.

The highlight video of Gong Min-jeong's appearance in 'Smile Clinic' was released via the YouTube channel 'Coupang Play' on the 10th and has since surpassed 3.1 million views. With her delicate and realistic acting that left a strong impression, attention is focused on what kind of synergy Gong Min-jeong will create with the crew through her return to 'SNL Korea'.

Meanwhile, 'SNL Korea' is a comedy show where stars and crew deliver bold and unconventional humor. It returned for its eighth season on March 28, with top-tier stars including Tak Jae-hoon, Ko Ah-sung, Song Ji-hyo, Lee Mi-sook, Shin Sung-rok, Chu Sung-hoon, Han Ga-in, and Lee Jung-eun appearing as hosts in succession.
