Former volleyball player Kim Yo-han revealed the secret to becoming a building owner.

On the afternoon of the 23rd, in the KBS 2TV variety program "The Boss Has Donkey Ears," Special MC ENHYPEN's Sunwoo appeared, and Yang Jun-hyeok was shown meeting Kim Yo-han.

That day, Yang Jun-hyeok asked Kim Yo-han, "You didn't get distracted from volleyball, right? There must have been many temptations (regarding business)," expressing curiosity.

In response, Kim Yo-han said, "There were cases around me where people failed in their businesses," and added, "I basically tend to stay quiet and keep going."

Hearing Kim Yo-han's answer, Yang Jun-hyeok repeatedly expressed doubt, asking, "What money did you use to buy the building?"

Kim Yo-han then revealed, "I saved it with the salary I earned during my active playing days. In my third year as a pro player, I set the highest overall salary." Indeed, Kim Yo-han drew attention for earning over 300 million won in his third year as a professional athlete.

Upon hearing this, Yang Jun-hyeok boldly said, "If I had bought a building back then, I would have earned more than Seo Chang-hoon. If I could go back to the past, I would immediately buy a building."

In contrast, Kim Yo-han emphasized, "Saving is the best way to accumulate money."
