Daily Milk Industry is launching two types of RTD beverages called 'Puretin,' which contain milk protein concentrated three times, marking a domestic first.

The core of this new product lies in its manufacturing method. While existing protein beverages mix protein powder, Puretin uniquely uses Daily Milk Industry's UF (Ultra Filtration) process—the only one of its kind in Korea—to concentrate 722mL of milk three times and package it into a single carton (330mL). Lactose is filtered out from the milk, while preserving protein and calcium to deliver the velvet-like texture and clean taste characteristic of pure milk.

Puretin contains 23g of protein, equivalent to about four eggs per carton, by concentrating domestic milk three times. As a lactose-free (Lactose-Free) product with lactose removed from milk, it can be enjoyed comfortably even by consumers who are sensitive to the lactose content in regular milk. Additionally, it includes all nine essential amino acids in balanced proportions and adds 685mg of calcium to enhance nutritional balance.

A Daily Milk Industry official, speaking via telephone with this newspaper, stated, "Puretin is a pure milk protein beverage made by concentrating milk three times, currently the only one of its kind available exclusively through Daily Milk Industry in Korea."
