"Kuwaki Rimo, who performed as a humanoid robot in the film 'The Sheep in the Box,' proudly shared her happy filming experience.

"A press screening of the film 'The Sheep in the Box' was held at Megabox COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 4th. Following the screening, a press conference was held, attended by child actor Kuwaki Rimo and director Hirokazu Kore-eda.

"The film 'The Sheep in the Box' tells the story of a 7-year-old humanoid robot who enters a home to replace a deceased child, experiencing the joy of finally becoming a family and the anxiety of possibly being abandoned again. Director Hirokazu Kore-eda, the master behind 'Shoplifters' and 'Monster,' explores the era's pressing theme of 'AI and humanoid robots' through his unique family narrative.

"Director Hirokazu Kore-eda said, 'I have made films in Korea and have many acquaintances here, so it is a country I hold dear. I haven't been able to visit often due to busy filming schedules, but I am happy that the film will be released early in Korea right after its Japanese release, and that I was able to come here with Kuwaki Rimo.'

"Kuwaki Rimo said, 'This is my first time visiting Korea. I am happy that you have welcomed me so warmly. What I want to do in Korea is to go out and have fun.'

"When asked about the acting guidance director Hirokazu Kore-eda provided, Kuwaki Rimo replied, 'The director told me to "be yourself, just be you." I heard that other directors give specific instructions and teach acting, but director Hirokazu Kore-eda told me to be comfortable and just be myself.'

"Kuwaki Rimo continued, 'The hotel where we stayed while filming on set was nice and enjoyable. On set, the director had a lot of fun with us, and actors Ayase Haruka and Daigo also had a lot of fun. I had a lot of fun with the child actors who appeared in the film, and we all had fun together,' which drew laughter from the audience.

"Director Hirokazu Kore-eda added, 'And sometimes we also filmed.'

"Meanwhile, 'The Sheep in the Box' will be released in theaters nationwide on the 10th.
