Japanese actor Masaki Okada takes on his first Korean project through Disney+ original series 'Killers' Mall Season 2'.

The production presentation for Disney+ original series 'Killers' Mall Season 2' was held on the 20th at Conrad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul. Director Lee Kwon and actors Lee Dong-wook, Kim Hye-jun, Jo Han-seon, Geum Hae-na, Kim Min, Jung Yoon-ha, Hyun Ri, and Masaki Okada attended the event and shared various stories.

'Killers' Mall Season 2' is a stylish action series in which 'Jian' (played by Kim Hye-jun), who has taken over as the new manager of the mall after completing a tough handover, launches a full-scale counterattack against the global power 'Babylon' alongside 'Jin-man' (played by Lee Dong-wook), who has returned from the dead.

Japanese actor Masaki Okada joined the cast as Ace mercenary 'Jay', adding freshness and intrigue to the lineup. Director Lee Kwon commented on Okada's charm, saying, "He is handsome. Watching him act, I feel like we further developed the character of 'Jay' during filming. He enjoys his work, listens to rhythmic music when going into battle, and we paid close attention to details in his costume."

Masaki Okada shared his thoughts: "This is my first time participating in a Korean production, and I am delighted to be part of the beloved 'Killers' Mall.' It was also a joy to film alongside many senior actors. I hope you will continue to support Season 2 with your love."

Regarding his role as 'Jay', he stated, "He is a man who is extremely curious, yet mature and childish at the same time. This drama marks my first experience filming full-scale action sequences. Actors like Lee Dong-wook taught me the fun of action, showing that it's not just about movement but also about dialogue. It was a very precious opportunity."
