Actor Lee Dong-wook revealed his unique ability to transform his body for each role, stating, "It's not easy anymore."

On the 25th, a video titled "Summer Break Special Lecture Is Just an Excuse" was released on the YouTube channel 'Tteuntteun'. The video featured Lee Dong-wook and Kim Hye-jun from the Disney+ original series 'Killers' Mall 2'.

Lee Dong-wook is currently filming the Netflix series 'Love Affair'. In response, Kim Hye-jun said, "Aren't you filming a romance drama now? It's been a while since I saw you, and you appeared so incredibly thin that I was shocked. You looked too emaciated."

In reply, Lee Dong-wook stated, "When filming 'Killers' Mall', I gained at least 7kg. Since my character is a mercenary killer, my usual weight is around 74–75kg, but during filming, it reached up to 82kg."

He continued, recalling the experience: "I ate five meals a day. It was difficult because I had to keep eating chicken breast and beef."

He added, "Now, I'm filming 'Love Affair' with actors Jung Yu-mi and Jeon So-nee, but it's hard to play a civil servant role with that body type. So, I lost another 7kg."

He remarked, "Gaining and losing weight like before is no longer easy. I did aerobic exercise for 100 minutes daily—50 minutes on the StairMaster and 50 minutes on an indoor stationary bike to lose weight." He concluded, "My current weight is around 73kg."
