Hive-Geffen Records' joint girl group KATSEYE continues to have a strong presence in major global charts beyond the United States.

According to the latest UK official chart released on the 23rd (local time), KATSEYE's "Internet Girl" ranked 55th in the "Official Single Top 100" and succeeded in charting for three consecutive weeks.

Although "Internet Girl" is a fan favorite track, not an official KATSEYE song, it broke the chart team's highest ranking (24th) in the first week of the music release. Colorful dance pop sounds, addictive hooks, lyrics that satirize Internet culture, and point choreography that tactfully express them are loved by music fans.

KATSEYE's potential on Spotify, a global audio and sound source streaming platform, shines even more. The song "Gabriella" from the second EP "BEAUTIFUL CHAOS" ranked 24th this week on Spotify's "Weekly Top Song Global" (January 16-22). It is the chart-in for 31 consecutive weeks.

The two songs are also gaining huge popularity on Billboard in the U.S. In the recently updated U.S. Billboard main song chart "Hot 100," "Gabriela" ranked 24th and "Internet Girl" ranked 59th (January 24), making it a "double pull" hit. Earlier, they backtracked to another previous work, "Gnarly," and they entered three songs in Billboard's "Hot 100" (January 17) at once.

KATSEYE's ferocious rise in popularity can be predicted by Spotify's monthly listener metrics. Based on the latest Spotify tally (as of December 26, 2025 to January 22, 2026), KATSEYE has a monthly audience of 3,7254,690. This is the highest number of girl groups in the world as of the same period. It is noteworthy that the number of listeners is steadily increasing despite the inactive period.

KATSEYE is a team formed through the audition project "The Debut: Dream Academy" based on the "K-pop methodology" and debuted in the U.S. in June 2024. Those who are considered as representative success stories of the "Multi-home, Multi-genre" strategy led by Chairman Bang Si-hyuk have been nominated for two categories: "Best New Artist" and "Best Pop Duo/Group Performance" at the 68th Grammy Awards next month.
