Boy group BTS (BTS) delivered their thoughts on opening the team's second act.

At 8 p.m. on the 21st, BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) held a performance "BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG" at Gwanghwamun Square to commemorate the release of its fifth studio album "ARIRANG".

On this day, Jimin said, "As you know, we are not that special people. Like you, we were always afraid, but I believe that if we keep swimming together with that kind of heart, we will find an answer again someday," he said.

V said, "I think it's our way forward thinking that it's our job to keep making music and performing and show ARMY a pretty side of us". Jungkook said, "Are you having fun? Us too. It's our first time performing our new songs today. It's very exciting and new. It's been such a long time, so it's thrilling," he said.

BTS released its fifth full-length album "Arirang," which contains a total of 14 songs, including the title song "SWIM," on various online music sites at 1 p.m. on the 20th. Arirang topped the daily chart of Hanteo with 3.98 million copies sold on the first day of its release. The figure exceeds the team's all-time initial record of 3.37 million copies in one day.
