Singer Lim Young-woong set another milestone by achieving 1 billion cumulative streams with his second full-length album.

According to Melon on the 30th, Lim Young-woong's second full-length album "IM HERO 2" set this record about seven months after its release. This is the result of proving Lim Young-woong's unrivaled music power as a solo artist.

The 1 billionth episode is the result of all 11 songs, including the title song "Moment Like Eternity," being evenly loved. The songs in the album have been in the top 100 of Melon since their release, continuing their long-term success. As of the 8th, it added 100 million episodes in less than a month after exceeding 900 million cumulative episodes.

Lim Young-woong surpassed BTS in Melon's cumulative streaming rankings on the 11th and ranked first overall. As of the 27th, it surpassed 13.6 billion cumulative streams and added 1 billion records for its second regular album, widening the gap with second place.

Along with the organized and hot support of the fandom "Hero Generation," Lim Young-woong's unique sensibility, which encompasses all generations, has led to popular streaming. The record of 1 billion single albums is a milestone that even popular idol groups cannot achieve.

Lim Young-woong will hold a solo concert 'IM HERO - THE STADIUM 2' at Goyang Stadium in September.
