BTS's V has captivated Japan and set the country ablaze.

BTS held a "BTS World Tour Arirang" concert at Tokyo Dome City over two days on April 17 and 18, marking their first performance in Japan in about seven years.

With a personal color stage, V filled the venue with explosive vocal power and intense dancing that never let up for a moment. Rather than simply reproducing the recorded tracks, V adapted his vocal techniques to the atmosphere of each night and added ad-libs, proving his live prowess and delivering fresh excitement by offering a different feel for the same songs.

As befits a performance genius, V's dynamic dance control, never missing a beat, and his expressive gestures and facial expressions even in fleeting moments left audiences spellbound, allowing fans to witness firsthand the return of the "God of the Stage."

According to social media analytics platform Talkwalker, V recorded the highest number of mentions throughout the Japan concert, while also topping Google Trends in search volume, confirming his trending status.

V, a heartthrob among men, also electrified male fans in Japan. At the concert venue, male fans who copied V's stage outfits and hairstyles drew attention and received a warm response from other fans. Additionally, a male fan holding a slogan for V's pet dog Yeontan was captured on camera, moving the audience.

V prepared remarks perfectly tailored for the Japan concert, delivering emotion and the ultimate enjoyment. In his closing remarks, he said, "I really wanted to meet our Japanese ARMY, and the energy you sent today truly gave me strength." He then borrowed the title of a song by the Japanese group Milk, saying, "I'm going crazy because I like it so much," expressing his joy at reuniting with Japanese fans after seven years. He also researched Japanese memes and neologisms in advance and incorporated them into skits, elevating the concert's atmosphere.

Just as the energy inside Tokyo Dome was intense, advertisements supporting V were continuously displayed on four large digital billboards surrounding the venue, drawing crowds of fans who gathered to see them, creating a sea of people.
