Eighteen years have passed since the late Kim Min-su, a member of the male duo Monday Kids, passed away.

The late Kim Min-su passed away in a motorcycle accident on April 29, 2008. He was 24 years old.

On that day, around 6:20 a.m., the deceased was driving a motorcycle in front of Sillim Middle School in Sillim-dong, Seoul, when he crashed into a row of trees. Kim Min-su was immediately rushed to a hospital but ultimately passed away.

At the time, the agency stated, "He was officially pronounced dead by medical staff at 6:50 a.m."

The deceased debuted with Monday Kids' first album, "Bye Bye Bye," released in 2005. He passed away suddenly in an accident just three years after his debut, leaving behind a deep sense of sorrow.

Monday Kids was a two-member group consisting of Lee Jin-seong and the late Kim Min-su. However, after Kim Min-su's death, the group officially disbanded in November 2008. The team operated without using the group name until 2010, when Han Seung-hee and Im Han-byul joined as members, and the group was reorganized as a three-member unit. However, due to differences in opinion among the members, Han Seung-hee and Im Han-byul left, and original member Lee Jin-seong now leads Monday Kids alone.
