The group BIGBANG is recruiting its official fan club.

On the afternoon of the 1st at 8:19 p.m., BIGBANG shared the news of fan club recruitment by posting a poster titled 'BIGBANG OFFICIAL 6th V.I.P COMING SOON' on its official SNS channel.

This marks the first official fan club recruitment since the 5th generation in May 2015, approximately 11 years later.

The released poster features the 'Bang Bong (BIGBANG light stick),' symbolizing the bond between BIGBANG and V.I.P (the fandom name).

This 6th generation recruitment will be conducted through the official BIGBANG community on the global fandom platform V-Stage. Having previously established a community and SNS channels to lay a new foundation for communication, BIGBANG is expected to continue closer interaction with V.I.Ps worldwide starting from this fan club recruitment.

YG stated, "We have prepared the official fan club recruitment to breathe closer with fans who have protected BIGBANG's name for a long time," and added, "Please look forward to the new journey of the 20th anniversary that the artist and V.I.P will write together."

Meanwhile, BIGBANG recently announced the beginning of its 20th anniversary project through a performance at the U.S. '2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.' Additionally, the group will embark on a world tour this August to meet fans around the globe.
