The digital single 'OASIS' by singer and actor Kim Jae-joong was released on the 27th.
This new song by Kim Jae-joong marks his first release in Japan approximately seven months after his album 'Rhapsody' was issued last October, drawing intense anticipation from local fans.
The new song 'OASIS' is themed around 'the one savior' encountered amidst loneliness and despair, portraying the emotion of hope as one regains the strength to move forward through a presence like a ray of light shining into a barren heart.
Kim Jae-joong leads the song with delicate yet powerful vocals, creating a more mature atmosphere than before, and his vocals, harmonizing with the sound that further highlights this, serve as the song's key listening point.
The music video, released at 2 p.m. on the 27th, tells a story in which Kim Jae-joong's four selves, scattered like four stars and singing the same song in their respective loneliness, meet in the universe through the oasis and become a single band. In particular, Kim Jae-joong's overwhelming visuals combined with the intensifying sound captivate both eyes and ears.
As this new song by Kim Jae-joong was first previewed to a warm reception at the '2026 JAEJOONG ZEPP & HALL LIVE TOUR' concert held in Yokohama, Japan, on the 23rd, it is expected to be an even more welcome gift for fans who have been waiting for the official digital release.
Kim Jae-joong is currently successfully conducting the '2026 JAEJOONG ZEPP & HALL LIVE TOUR,' meeting fans throughout a full schedule of tour dates through August.
Additionally, Kim Jae-joong is starring in the upcoming South Korea-Japan co-production film 'The Gentleman: Whisper of the Evil Spirit,' set for release in June, and is also devoting significant effort to preparing his new album in Korea.
