Singer Lee Seung-hwan has taken to pre-vote certification.

On the 29th, Lee Seung-hwan posted a selfie on his personal SNS, saying, "I hope for a Seoul that is safe all year round, rather than a new Seoul landmark that you only glance at a few times a year."

In the photo, Lee Seung-hwan, holding a card that reads "Vote Completed," gazes at the camera alongside a caricature that playfully highlights his distinctive features. His move to exercise his civic rights while wearing a striking red short-sleeved T-shirt has drawn attention.

Additionally, Lee Seung-hwan added, "Please join the 'Brave Ball Cap' campaign by the Korean Childhood Leukemia Foundation," spreading a positive influence.

Fans who saw the post engaged actively with Lee Seung-hwan, leaving comments such as "I pray for that too," "I naturally went to vote early," "The red color suits you so well," and "Why do you keep looking younger all by yourself?"

Pre-voting is taking place from May 29 to 30 ahead of the 9th National Simultaneous Local Elections on June 3.
