Taste Boyz, formed through the TVING original 'Cooking Soldier: Becoming a Legend', are now advancing to music broadcasts.

A source told StarNews that Taste Boyz (Kang Ha-kyung, Lee Sang-jun, Im Ji-ho, Kang Jun-gyu, Kim Moon-gi) will appear on the music program 'M Countdown' airing on the 11th.

Taste Boyz appeared in the episodes of 'Cooking Soldier: Becoming a Legend' (script by Choi Ryong, directed by Jo Nam-hyeong) broadcast on May 25 and 26. The group consists of soldiers who, after eating food prepared by Cooking Soldier Park Ji-hoon to boost the morale of the sergeants, enjoyed meals that satisfied all five senses and appeared while letting their imaginations soar. In the drama, Company Commander Lee Sang-i also joined Taste Boyz.

The source said, "We are delighted that Taste Boyz, including Lee Sang-i, will appear on the music program 'M Countdown'."

Taste Boyz's 'My Flavor' is a cheerful and energetic dance track that visually and audibly stimulates the five human tastes, 'Omi (Five Flavors)', and was officially released on May 27.

'Cooking Soldier: Becoming a Legend' is based on the popular Naver webtoon of the same title. Riding on the popularity of Park Ji-hoon, the lead actor of the movie 'The King and the Clown', the drama has also gained attention and popularity.
