Choi Jung-hoon of the band Jannabi suddenly shed tears at a university festival, raising concerns among many.

Recently, 'University Inside' posted a video on its official account titled 'Jannabi's Choi Jung-hoon sheds tears at Konyang University festival.' The video was captioned 'Choi Jung-hoon of Jannabi sheds tears at Konyang University festival, the 'Crying Choi'.'

In the video, Choi Jung-hoon was seen holding the microphone, bowing his head, and crying. Some audience members comforted him, saying, "Don't cry," and "We really love you."

With a choked voice, Choi Jung-hoon said, "I've been in a band for 12 years, and this is the first time my voice hasn't worked. So I'm flustered."

He then collected his thoughts and said, "You all sang loudly, and I think I'll be able to stand before you without being flustered in the future," trying to reassure the audience.

Following the release of the video, netizens offered various speculations, such as "Did something bad happen between Choi Jung-hoon and Han Jimin?" and "What happened?" One person said, "Hope you get over your cold quickly," leading to speculation that Choi Jung-hoon's voice loss at the Konyang University festival was due to a cold.

However, since Choi Jung-hoon has shed tears on stage in the past, there are also speculations that this time he was simply overwhelmed by a moment of emotion.

Meanwhile, Choi Jung-hoon began a public relationship with actress Han Jimin in 2024. The two were also noted as a couple with a 10-year age gap.
