BTS's Jung-kook entered the U.S. Billboard 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' chart for the 159th week with his debut solo single 'Seven' as of August 8. This marks the first and longest-running record ever achieved by an Asian group or solo artist on this chart.

'Seven' ranked 157th on that chart, climbing 28 spots from Jeonju. Jung-kook previously debuted at number one on Billboard's main single chart, 'Hot 100,' with the song released in 2023 and remained on the chart for 15 weeks.

On the August 8 issue of Billboard Korea's 'Global K-Songs' chart, 'Seven' ranked 20th, 'Standing Next To You' ranked 66th, and '3D' ranked 83rd. All three songs have remained on this chart for 36 weeks.

Previously, Jung-kook achieved number one positions across major Billboard charts including 'Global (Excluding U.S.)' and 'Global 200' with 'Seven,' 'Standing Next to You,' and '3D.'

'Seven' became the first debut single by an Asian male artist on YouTube Music to reach 1.3 billion plays. On Spotify's main chart, 'Weekly Top Songs Global,' it entered for 157 weeks—the first and longest duration for any Asian solo artist song—and surpassed 3.04 billion streams, a first for both an Asian artist song and a 2023 release.
