SEVENTEEN idol group member Jun will appear in the Chinese film 'Summer Vacation for Me Again'.

'Summer Vacation for Me Again' is a healing film depicting adults' summer vacation. The story follows Zhu Xiaoli, who returns to her hometown to care for her mother and reunites with Zhen Jianggang, a childhood neighbor, leading to various events. The protagonist's journey of saying goodbye to irrevocable time and welcoming a new summer is expected to offer warm healing to audiences.

Jun has been cast as Zhen Jianggang, a college student working part-time at a photography studio. The previously released trailer captured the serene atmosphere of a rural countryside in midsummer and received positive responses. Jun transforms into a character 180 degrees different from the intense villain role in the film 'Pofeng Chuying', raising expectations for his expanded acting spectrum.

The screenplay and direction are handled by director Bao Jingjing, who won the Best Adapted Screenplay award at China's prestigious Golden Horse Awards. The role of Zhu Xiaoli is played by Bai Baihe, a talented actress who has received numerous awards at Chinese and international ceremonies. Zhen Jianggang's mother, Zhao Chunhua, is portrayed by Diana Lin, well-known in Korea for her role in the film 'The Farewell'.

Meanwhile, Jun is solidifying his position as an actor by appearing in various films and dramas in China. Following his invitation to the Shanghai International Film Festival and Busan International Film Festival for last year's release 'Pofeng Chuying', he was recently nominated for the Best Supporting Actor award at the Popular Movie Hall of Fame, receiving a nomination certificate.
