Singer-songwriter Kim Gwang-jin is set to return to a larger stage with his first new song in nine years.

According to Yeyim Culture & Content Co., Ltd. on the 1st, Kim Gwang-jin will release a new song in November, marking approximately nine years since his last release, followed by the '2026 Kim Gwang-jin Concert FLY AWAY' at KBS Arena on December 5 at 6 p.m.

The concert title 'FLY AWAY' carries the meaning of embracing the musical journey he has walked thus far and heading toward a new destination. The performance is planned to feature everything from his long-loved songs to newly unveiled tracks, offering an opportunity to experience Kim Gwang-jin's past, present, and future music on a single stage.

In particular, the new song scheduled for release in November holds added significance as it marks Kim Gwang-jin's first new release in approximately nine years. Given that he is unveiling new music after a long wait, the concert is expected to feature a diverse lineup of stages ranging from the new track to Ham Kke-hae-on (CEO) songs spanning his musical career.

Furthermore, this performance draws attention for expanding the momentum of his recent concerts to KBS Arena. Kim Gwang-jin has maintained a steady concert schedule, achieving sold-out shows in succession with 'Kim Gwang-jin Song Book Concert' and 'Kim Gwang-jin Winter Concert The Treasure' in 2025, as well as '2026 Kim Gwang-jin Encore Concert The Treasure' and '2026 Kim Gwang-jin Concert Odyssey Voyage' earlier this year. He is set to connect with a larger audience on an even broader stage.

A concert official stated, "This '2026 Kim Gwang-jin Concert FLY AWAY' is a performance where Kim Gwang-jin sets off toward the next chapter based on the music he has built up so far," adding, "With a wider stage and a richer composition, it will be a time to fully experience Kim Gwang-jin's music."

Meanwhile, ticket pre-sales for '2026 Kim Gwang-jin Concert FLY AWAY' will open simultaneously at 2 p.m. on the 2nd via Ticketlink and NOL Ticket (formerly Interpark Ticket).
