Cosmic Chips, the funky soul band formed by Brown Eyed Soul's Jung Yup, will unveil new music after approximately one year and two months.

Cosmic Chips will release their second studio album, 'TASTE,' through major online music sites on the 14th.

The title track, 'BABY BABE,' is a song reminiscent of Marvin Gaye's early 1970s music, offering a gentle lingering resonance as vibraphone and sitar blend with dry drum sounds and Jung Yup's signature soft vocals.

'TASTE,' which is filled with the members' tastes, includes a total of eight tracks: the title track 'BABY BABE,' 'ON Your DIAL,' 'Lonely, Lovely,' 'A shadow of Love,' 'Radio kid,' 'Turn Up the Volume,' 'Our Night,' and 'Something Good.' In particular, Cosmic Chips elevated the album's completeness by being credited on all tracks.

Cosmic Chips is a band that creates its own sound based on 1970s-80s soul, funk, and disco music. The members include vocalist Jung Yup, Unique Note, Son Deok-il, Dipping Ga, and Yoo Ji-hoon.

Expectations are building for what kind of musical charm Cosmic Chips, which has established its own musical color, will showcase through this album.
