YUQI of the group i-dle has demonstrated an overwhelming presence in the Chinese-speaking market.

The second mini-album, "Twenty-Seven (27)," recently released by YUQI, is an album that likens YUQI, who turned 27 this year, to a sunflower. YUQI participated in writing and composing all the tracks, further expanding her unique musical world. As of the 10th, this album obtained Double Platinum certification for its digital album on QQ Music, China's largest music streaming platform.

On the 14th, Cube Entertainment released a live clip of "Stay," the title track from YUQI's second mini-album "Twenty-Seven (27)," on i-dle's (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, YUQI, Shuhua) official YouTube channel, drawing attention.

Set against a coastal road and the sea with crashing waves, YUQI plays the guitar live alongside a band session. Reviews state that her distinctive, attractive husky voice layered over the vivid band sound harmonizing with the open ocean scenery provided viewers with a refreshing sense of relief and liberation.

According to Cube Entertainment, "Stay," the album's final track and title song, conveys a message of moving toward the light together with precious people despite an uncertain future. It serves as the finale to the sincere story YUQI, now 27, wants to share, containing a promise to stay by each other's side and grow together.

Meanwhile, YUQI held "2026 YUQI Fan-Con '27'" in Guangzhou, China, on the 11th. She will proceed with her fan-con tour in major Chinese cities, including Chengdu, Beijing, and Shanghai, starting on the 17th.
