The LG Twins have revealed their starting lineup for the upcoming showdown against the KIA Tigers.

LG will play a home game in the 2026 Shinhan SOL KBO League regular season against KIA at Seoul Jamsil Baseball Stadium at 2 p.m. on the 3rd.

This season, LG has recorded 75 wins, 60 losses, and 1 draw, securing sole 3rd place in the league.

For LG, this three-game series against KIA is extremely important. KIA, currently in sole 4th place, has a record of 72 wins, 61 losses, and 2 draws this season. The gap between LG and KIA is only two games. Depending on the results, KIA could climb to 3rd place with a one-game lead. Conversely, LG could extend its lead to five games, effectively solidifying its 3rd-place standing.

LG's starting batting order for the day is Park Hae-min (center fielder), Oh Ji-hwan (shortstop), Austin (designated hitter), Moon Jeong-bin (first baseman), Moon Bo-kyung (third baseman), Song Chan-ui (left fielder), Lee Jae-won (right fielder), Park Dong-won (catcher), and Gu Bon-hyuk (second baseman).

LG will look to secure a victory by starting KARAasco. KIA's starting pitcher is James Neal. KARAasco has recorded a 6-2 record with a 3.55 ERA this season. This is his first start against KIA this season.

Meanwhile, the game reached sold-out status at 12:18 p.m. The venue's capacity of 23,750 spectators was filled. This marks the 43rd sellout for the LG franchise this season, tying the franchise record for the most sellouts in a single season (previous record: 43 times in 2025).
