One Hundred Label has completely denied rumors linking MC Mong to the sale of a building in Gangnam-gu, Sinsa-dong.

One Hundred Label issued an official statement on the 23rd, stating, "The building in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, owned by The Mu Co., Ltd., reported in yesterday's news, is a corporate building of Cha Ga-won," and added, "It has no connection whatsoever with MC Mong."

Previously, on the 22nd, it was reported that The Mu, co-founded by MC Mong Co., Ltd. and Cha Ga-won, sold a building located in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, to Noh Hong-chul for 15.2 billion won.

The Mu had purchased the building from Kang Ho-dong for 16.6 billion won last November but ended up selling it at a price 1.4 billion won lower after approximately one year and six months. Considering acquisition taxes, registration taxes, and financial costs, the actual loss is estimated to exceed 2 billion won.

Following reports that MC Mong sold the property, Cha Ga-won's side drew a clear line, stating, "It has no connection whatsoever with MC Mong."

Meanwhile, One Hundred Label has recently been in conflict with artists such as EXO-CBX (Chen, Baekhyun, Xiumin) and The Boyz over disputes regarding unpaid settlements. MC Mong stepped down from his position as chief producer last year citing health issues and plans to study abroad.
