Former announcer Kang Ji-young revealed her health struggles.

On the 24th, a video featuring Kang Ji-young as a guest was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Minumsa TV'.

On that day, when asked about her goals for the year, Kang Ji-young replied, "I have only one goal this year: to live healthily."

She shared her health concerns, saying, "I want to work healthily and enjoyably. For the past three weeks, I suffered from a severe allergy with an unknown cause, which caused hives."

She continued, "I felt panic. I wondered if something was wrong with my immune system. Every time something new happens that I haven't experienced before, I feel like I'm aging."

Kang Ji-young also stated, "I believe health management must come first in everything. When you are sick, you feel more stressed while working, and when you are stressed, your health worsens further. This made me think about health once again."

She then emphasized once more that "being healthy is the biggest goal."

Meanwhile, Kang Ji-young first gained recognition in 2011 through MBC's 'Our Daytime - New Employee'. She joined JTBC as a special recruit announcer in the same year. Last April, she transitioned to a freelancer.
