Comedian Yang Sang-guk bowed his head again regarding the recent controversy over his attitude.

On the 24th, Yang appeared on JTBC's "Newsroom" and said, "On broadcasts, I have a character, and I feel I must work hard, so there are times when I overdo it and make mistakes."

He continued, "When I watch variety shows, I am actually a newcomer," and added, "I will learn what I need to learn and fix what needs fixing to become a good variety performer. At that boundary, I will regulate myself better and strive to become a more mature comedian."

Regarding his dream, he said, "When I came up from the countryside, I had the enormous dream of appearing on 'Gag Concert.' But after achieving that, I had no next dream, and I became unhappy."

He then shared, "At that time, I fell into a slight depression and went through a difficult time thinking, 'What should I do next?' But after I decided, 'I must become the national MC,' I thought, 'I still have a long way to go, so why am I struggling so much?' and I found the strength to keep running. Even if I can't make it, I always dream of being the national MC."

Meanwhile, earlier, Yang appeared on "Pinggeo-go," a segment of Yoo Jae-suk's YouTube channel "Tteuntteun," where they discussed dating styles. Yang stated, "In Gyeongsang-do, you don't take your girlfriend home," and in response to Yoo Jae-suk's persuasion, he said, "That's Yoo Jae-suk's dating style," adding, "If Yoo Jae-suk speaks one more time, I'll scold him."

Following the broadcast, some viewers reacted critically to Yang's remarks. He had previously apologized on his SNS, saying, "I am so sorry for causing you discomfort," and "I will be more careful and make an effort."
