The group aespa spoke about their diet management.

On the 5th, a video titled "You will now be immersed in the world of 'Ssang-geum-han Gwang-ya'" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Channel 15'.

The video showed aespa members meeting with PD Na Young-seok. The aespa members each brought snacks and enjoyed sharing them.

Na Young-seok asked, "Do you each have a food you're particularly fond of?" Winter answered, "Malatang." Na then asked, "Shouldn't you restrain yourselves during promotions?" Karina replied, "We don't manage our diet as much as you might think." Giselle also chimed in, "We don't," while Winter happily ate her food.

Ningning, the only member in the group who pursues a healthy diet, said, "I drink green juice every day." She continued, "I used to really like spicy and stimulating foods, but after eating them, I felt so sleepy that I couldn't handle my schedule properly. So recently, I started drinking olive oil with lemon juice on an empty stomach."

Na Young-seok asked, "Isn't that something JYP does?" Ningning, surprised, said, "JYP?" and added, "It seems to be a routine that people who take good care of their health all know about."
