On the occasion of singer Lim Young-woong's birthday, fans reflected on the meaning of the day through a sharing activity.

Lim Young-woong's fan club, 'Yongheung-sidae Guri-Namyangju Starlight Heroes', commemorated Lim Young-woong's 36th birthday (June 16) by delivering goods worth 6.16 million won to the 'Animal Freedom Alliance Namyangju On Center', a shelter for abandoned animals and a professional adoption center in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province.

This sponsorship was planned to coincide with Lim Young-woong's birthday on June 16. Fans gathered their support to join Lim Young-woong's efforts, who has long connected with his pet dog, Siwol. After searching for places in the local community in need of help, they selected the Namyangju On Center as the donation recipient. The donated funds are expected to be used for the treatment and care of rescued abandoned animals, as well as to support adoption activities to help them find new families.

A representative of 'Yongheung-sidae Guri-Namyangju Starlight Heroes' said, "Just as singer Lim Young-woong and his pet dog Siwol share happy times together, we hope that animals once hurt by humans can find comfort here and begin a happy 'second chapter of their dog lives.' We hope that the hearts celebrating Young-woong's birthday can be of some help in providing a warm home for animals with nowhere to go."

Lim Young-woong's fandom, 'Yongheung-sidae', has continued to carry out donations and volunteer activities in various fields such as supporting vulnerable groups, disaster relief, and protecting abandoned animals on every major anniversary, including the artist's birthday, debut anniversary, and concerts. This donation by 'Yongheung-sidae Guri-Namyangju Starlight Heroes' is also part of activities that take a stand for the socially vulnerable and animal rights protection, timed with the anniversary.
