TWICE member Jeong-yeon held a meeting with her agency, Baram Entertainment.

On the 24th, Baram Entertainment told StarNews, "It is true that we held a recent meeting with (Jeong-yeon), but there are no confirmed matters regarding the contract."

Baram Entertainment is home to actors Jin Goo, Byun Woo-seok, and Lee Chae-min. As Jeong-yeon's older sister, Gong Seung-yeon, has been with the agency for a long time, attention is focused on whether Jeong-yeon will set up a new base and continue her activities there.

In response, TWICE's agency, JYP Entertainment, stated, "TWICE is currently in the contract renewal discussion period, and we and the members are respecting each other's opinions and continuing careful discussions." They added, "We will provide updates once the matter is confirmed."

Meanwhile, TWICE, of which Jeong-yeon is a member, embarked on their largest-scale world tour, "THIS IS FOR," last July, starting in Incheon and culminating in an encore performance in Seoul this July. The tour spanned approximately one year, featuring 81 performances across 44 regions worldwide.

The finale of this grand journey will be held for three days, from July 10 to 12, at the KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
